1. BIOCLOCK DIAGNOSTICS
The world’s most advanced anti-aging evaluation available anywhere in the world
The advanced r-AGE BioClock Diagnostics have been specially designed to identify areas that accelerate the aging process and inhibit the body’s optimal performance. Our strength is our focus: We only evaluate what we can scientifically treat to reverse the aging process.
Advanced Cellular Aging Evaluation
Within each of the trillions of the body’s cells is a powerhouse structure called mitochondria. Research supports the notion that longevity is directly related to mitochondrial function. For example, the heart, which is dependent on optimal energy to sustain the billions of beats it needs for a lifetime, requires the mitochondria to work efficiently. If caught early enough, age-related mitochondrial dysfunction can be reversed. The exclusive testing performed by r-AGE will determine your risk of mitochondrial dysfunction, and the customized program we develop for you will help optimize your cellular function.
Genetic and DNA Longevity Testing
Our genetic testing will measure your body’s unique ability to process sugars, fats, vitamins and nutrients. In addition, this testing will determine your physiological potential to respond to different exercise strategies. With this scientific approach, we can recommend a more efficient diet and fitness plan, one governed by your personal genetics.
We will also measure your telomeres. Telomeres, located at the ends of the DNA, tend to shorten over time whenever the DNA replicates. The length of telomeres is directly related to one’s lifespan, as well as the propensity for disease. By maximizing your body’s cellular functions through hormone optimization, supplements, IV nutrients and advice on your genetically-appropriate nutrition and fitness, we will be able to impact the health of your telomeres.
State-of-the-Art Cellular Nutritional Analysis
One of the tests you will receive at r-AGE is an extensive blood analysis of your nutritional status. This includes a complete amino acid profile, fatty acid profile, antioxidant vitamin levels, Coenzyme Q10 testing and whole-body free radical activity. This information will be combined with the rest of the exclusive r-AGE testing to develop a life plan for you.
Whole-Body Composition Analysis
At r-AGE, we utilize the world’s best research-grade body composition analyzer, the same machine used by the NFL and many elite athletes. The 60-second test measures the fat, muscle and water levels throughout your body. This determines the weight of lean mass and fat in each of the body’s parts. This test—which will be regularly repeated to follow your progress—will also be able to determine the health of your cells.
Hormone and Testosterone Testing
Testosterone decreases gradually beginning at age 30 (sometimes earlier) and progressively diminishes throughout one’s lifetime. Low testosterone can cause disturbing symptoms such as erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, loss of muscle, anxiety, depression and memory loss. This phenomenon is referred to as andropause. Low testosterone has also been associated with serious conditions such as decreased immunity, loss of bone (osteoporosis), dysfunction of the arteries throughout the body (endothelial dysfunction), obesity, diabetes, heart disease and an increased risk of a shortened lifespan.
At r-AGE, our goal is to optimize your appropriate testosterone levels, either by having your body produce more of its own testosterone or by utilizing bioidentical testosterone supplementation. We will perform a thorough and extensive initial hormonal evaluation and regular follow-up blood testing to evaluate your response to customized genetically appropriate nutrition, supplements, exercise and, if needed, bioidentical testosterone.
The health of your blood vessels is fundamentally important for heart health, sexual performance and longevity. Other diseases associated with vascular dysfunction include stroke, dementia, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney failure and blindness due to macular degeneration. At r-AGE, we employ state-of-the art technology to measure and continually follow the health of your blood vessels to evaluate the benefits of your personalized plan.
Heavy Metal and Toxin Burden
At r-AGE, we will measure your exposure to toxic substances such as lead, mercury and cadmium. In a large national study, cadmium exposure was linked to the shortening of telomeres, a measure of cell aging and shortened lifespan. If you are discovered to have been exposed to these toxins, the r-AGE team will adapt your treatment plan to rid your body of these noxious, age-accelerating substances in a natural way.
Loss of muscle mass, or sarcopenia, is a preventable and reversible aging phenomenon that begins at age 40 and progresses throughout one’s life. Maintaining muscle mass will allow you to look, feel and perform better in all aspects of your life. Through our extensive metabolic, nutritional and hormonal testing—in addition to the world’s most advanced body composition analysis—r-AGE will help you not only prevent sarcopenia but optimize improvement of your body’s muscle mass. A customized nutrition and exercise program will supplement this analysis.
The InBody test is cutting-edge technology that accurately measures body composition balance. With this advanced test, the r-AGE team can measure your body water, minerals and body fat, which are the components closely related to the status of your health. As utilized by the NFL, with InBody we will be able to follow your progress and determine your fat composition, your body water content, your muscle mass and your muscle symmetry.
r-AGE offers the most advanced testing, which has been studied and selected for you to improve the quality of your life. In addition, our close monitoring and follow-up sessions will help you gain the most from your r-AGE plan and add a strong element of safety while your therapies are administered. Adjustments to your program will be made on an ongoing basis, and you will have immediate access to our team at any time.

Each one of the trillions of cells in our bodies contains a structure called the mitochondria that creates energy for the cell and is referred to as the “powerhouse” of the cell. A theory of aging that is becoming more and more accepted by leading researchers is that the mitochondria are fundamentally at the basis of aging. It is becoming progressively more apparent that optimal mitochondrial function is necessary for good health, and mitochondrial dysfunction is associated with early aging, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, fatigue and many other chronic health problems that can reduce the quality of your life.
There are many factors that can result in mitochondrial dysfunction, such as prescription drugs, environmental toxins and alcohol. Part of the comprehensive r-AGE testing panel includes factors that assess mitochondrial function. We will recommend nutrients that protect the mitochondria, reduce your toxin exposure and increase your muscle mass, all of which improves your mitochondrial function. Your personalized nutritional plan will include high-quality nutrients at the optimal doses, such as:
- Coenzyme Q10
- Alpha-lipoic acid
- N-acetylcysteine (NAC)
- Vitamin E
- Pyrroloquinoline (PQQ)
- Ginkgo biloba
- Other nutrients
Endothelial Function (Nitric Oxide)
The endothelium is the inner lining of cells in the arteries that bring energy and oxygen-rich blood to every cell in our body. We have recently discovered that this endothelial is very functional and active and that it has to be optimally functional for us to be optimally healthy. Endothelial dysfunction correlates closely with heart disease and suboptimal erectile and sexual function. A key molecule for the endothelial function is nitric oxide (NO).
At r-AGE, we utilize cutting-edge technology to measure your endothelial function. By measuring your endothelial function score, we can obtain a baseline and then follow you on an ongoing basis to see if our lifestyle, nutritional and medical intervention is putting you on the correct path.
Telomeres are protein structures found at each end of the chromosomes. The longer and healthier the telomere, the longer the chromosome will survive and the longer the person will live. Shorter telomeres have been associated with many chronic diseases and decreased survival. The rate of telomere shortening can be delayed with lifestyle, nutritional and hormonal factors. The telomere is, in effect, a BioClock that determines the lifespan of an individual.
At r-AGE, we utilize the most advanced lab analysis of your telomeres. Your telomeres will be measured at baseline and then on a regular basis to assess the effects of your r-AGE lifestyle, nutritional and hormonal therapies.
